March 2022Logement absolument pas conforme à la description dans l'annonce. Il n'y avait pas de microondes, four, vaisselle, canapé lit très abimé, etc quand nous sommes arrivé... Le proprietaire nous a dit qu'un amis aurai passer deposer les equipements manquantes mais il n'est jamais venu. Louer avec lui c'est un rêve qui peut rapidement devenir un couchemar.
Je ne recommande ni le proprietaire ni Morning croissant. Pas de verifification de la veracité de description du logement de la parte de MC.
Response from José ricardoBonjour, cet avis est tout de même très malhonnête. Vous aviez demandé à retirer plusieurs équipements et c'est ce que avons accepté pour vous rendre service. Nous avons des locataires plus corrects et plus honnêtes que vous maintenant.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

The flat itself looks like the pictures. But there are problems with it that made me move out after only 3 weeks. There is a terrible smell in the building and the kitchen sink, which gets unbearable at times, and gets into the apartment. There’s also no sunlight at all, since it is located in between two buildings and there is no window in the bedroom. The whole building is also under construction so be prepared for drilling and power outages! There’s other problems but no more space to write.
