The present rules and regulations are an integral part of the accommodation contract; consequently, any breach of these rules and regulations is liable to the application of the provisions relating to the termination of the accommodation contract.
COMPANY DOMICILIATION: Any domiciliation of the registered office of a company in the Residence is forbidden.
ACCOMMODATION: Reception is provided according to the days and times indicated on the site. Under no circumstances may the receptionist sign in the place of the occupant against the delivery of mail or parcels intended for him/her. In general, the reception will not substitute the occupant for all the acts which are personal to him.
INTERNET ACCESS: Each accommodation has Wifi or wired internet access. The use of the network must comply with the laws in force, otherwise the user may be subject to criminal prosecution.
Under Law No. 2006-64 of 23 January 2006 Garden & City is required to log internet access. All our Wifi accesses (public) are likely to be transmitted upon request of the judicial authorities. This in accordance with the law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for the confidence in the digital economy and the above-mentioned law of 2006.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Arrivals are from 3pm and departures before 11am.
PETS: Pets are accepted with an extra charge (ask at reception).
Any damage caused by them will be charged to the owner. Pets must not wander in the common areas, they must be kept on a leash.
It is forbidden to leave a pet alone or locked in an apartment or villa. A person having the custody of an animal is responsible in case of accident or damage.
In case of repeated and characterized dirt made by an animal, it will be cleaned or repaired in a systematic way. The corresponding costs will be charged to the concerned occupant, owner of the animal.
NOISE: The occupants must ensure that the tranquillity of the Residence is at no time disturbed by their actions, those of their family members, guests or persons in their service.
Any noise, any noise during the day or at night, likely to disturb the peace and quiet of the occupants is strictly forbidden, even if it takes place inside the residential units.
The use of any radio, audiovisual or HI-FI equipment is authorized, provided that the resulting noise does not constitute an abnormal, even temporary, disturbance to the neighbours.
GAMES: Games are forbidden in stairwells, entrance halls and all outdoor spaces (gardens, car parks,...).
CLEANliness: It is forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts and other rubbish in common areas (entrances, stairs, gardens,...).
GARBAGE AND WASTEWATER: Containers located on the premises are provided for the deposit of garbage. The latter must first be placed in bags or rubbish bags. It is forbidden to deposit garbage in the waste paper baskets or in any other common area.
SMOKING: It is reminded that it is forbidden to smoke inside the common areas and in the dwellings. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
FACILITIES AT THE POSSIBILITY: All facilities at the disposal of the occupants must be used in accordance with their intended purpose. Any damage caused will be repaired at the expense of the person responsible. If repairs are necessary and prevent the access or use of these services, no claim will be accepted.
WASHING MACHINE: It is forbidden to install a washing machine in the accommodation.
CONSTRUCTION: It is forbidden to clutter up the common areas with all kinds of things.
SIGNS / PLATES / SELF-COLLANTING: It is not permitted to place plates, stickers or stickers on the landing doors or on the entrance doors of the building, other than the signage provided by the Residence. Any removal, cleaning or repair costs will be the responsibility of the Tenant concerned.
EXTERIOR PARKING: The car park is strictly reserved for vehicle parking. Trailers, caravans or any other means of locomotion or storage are subject to prior authorisation.
Each occupant must scrupulously respect the numbering of his/her parking space (if applicable). It is forbidden to leave your transmitter and/or access card in your vehicle. Any lost, stolen or broken transmitter and/or access card will be replaced at the expense of the renter.
The Residence declines all responsibility in the event of damage to a vehicle parked in the outdoor and underground car parks.
HARMONY AND APPEARANCE : No exterior fittings (decoration, painting, etc.) may be carried out. No object may be temporarily placed on the upper floors.
WINDOWS AND BALCONIES: No linen may be hung in the window, no object may be displayed in the windows. It is forbidden to put reeds or any other similar installation on the balconies.
ANTENNIES AND PARABLES: For aesthetic reasons, no installation of antennas or any other external radio or television reception device is permitted.
REPAIRS / ACCESS TO WORKS: Occupants shall suffer without indemnity the execution of any repairs or maintenance work that may be necessary to the common areas, regardless of its duration, and, if necessary, provide access to the syndic, architects, contractors, technicians and workers responsible for supervising, conducting or executing such work.
FREE ACCESS: In the event of absence, any occupant authorizes the persons of the Residence to enter his/her accommodation unit in the event of an emergency. Furthermore, the reception reserves the right to access the accommodation at any time in order to carry out chronic technical checks, in particular, the EDF meter reading.
HEATING: Only the individual heating appliances installed in each accommodation unit may be used. The use of any other heating device is forbidden.
SAFETY - HEALTH: Dangerous, unhealthy and/or smelly materials may not be brought into or kept in the private premises.
CIRCULATION: Traffic in the Residence is at a walking pace.
THEFT / BREAKDOWN: The Management of the Residence is not responsible in the event of theft or break-in on vehicles and accommodation units. We therefore invite you to be careful. Do not leave anything in your vehicle and make sure you have closed the door and windows of your accommodation unit.
SURVEILLANCE: The Residence and its accesses are under video surveillance.
EMERGENCIES: Emergency numbers to call if necessary: S.A.M.U :15. Emergency police: 17. Fire brigade: 18.
SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool open in summer is not subject to surveillance, its use is under the full responsibility of the users. Opening hours are available at the reception.
SERVICE HOURS / COMMON ROOMS / EQUIPMENT: Reception at the residence is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on weekends and public holidays from 7.30am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. The same applies to the laundry and the common rooms.
