* 2 months' rent (including VAT) for rentals of more than 6 months.
If you sign a mobility lease, no deposit is required, but a household deposit of €300 must be paid.

For all rentals, the tenant must pay a monthly energy deposit of 6% of the rent.

Entry to the premises is from Monday to Saturday between 16:00 and 20:00. The tenant will be charged €3/m2, to be paid before moving in.
The tenant must vacate the premises between 8:00 and midday, Monday to Saturday.
It is possible to move in or out outside these timescales or on public holidays, subject to availability and for a supplement of €50.

Payments can be made by direct debit, bank transfer or credit card. Bank charges of 2% will be added to all CB payments.
