STUDIO COSY (city centre) J’ai vécu plus d’un an de ce studio insalubre. La propriétaire m’a fait vivre un enfer et n’a eu aucun respect pour ma dignité et mon intimité. Le loyer était excessivement cher et ce bien m’a causé de gros problèmes de santé. Le peu de travaux réalisés dans l’appartement ont été réalisé grâce à l’intervention des services de la mairie et n’ont pas été suffisants pour rendre cet appartement viable. Il est encore aujourd’hui toujours insalubre avec des mur rempli de moisissures.

Déjà vivre « dans un studio insalubre » il faut être mazo pour rester non ? Je rappelle que l’enfer c’est moi qui l’ai vécu avec tes multiples compagnons et multiples disputes. Je te rappelle que j’ai dû déposer plainte suite à ton agression physique et verbale. Concernant les travaux tout a été mis en place et solutionné.

STUDIO COSY (city centre) I had a great time staying here! Christel is very welcoming and the studio is a nice size for me. The location is perfect, as it away from the city centre, so it is quiet, but it also just a small 5-10 minute walk to be in the city.
