Close to the sanctuaries and the town centre, the establishment has the advantage of being slightly removed from the crowds of visitors to the Marian city. The residence welcomes pilgrims, holidaymakers and business travellers alike. Comprising a living area with sofa bed and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and WC, this T2 apartment measures 40m2. It sleeps 4 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, electric hob and everything you need for cooking. The flat also has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. You can relax in the bathroom, which has a bathtub.
The residence provides a free parking space. Pets are allowed at an additional cost (€5/day or €30/week). During your stay you can take advantage of the sauna and hotel services offered by the residence (shared laundry and breakfast).
The swimming pool is open in season.
Toasters, hoovers and hairdryers are available on request.
You can arrive at any time using the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 6pm on weekdays. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you the access codes.
In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
