Ideally located at 5 min walk from the city centre, you will reach the Croisette, the beach and the Palais du Festival in 10 min and the Vieux-Cannes in 15 min. You will also be able to take advantage of all the local shops located around the flat. Finally, thanks to the nearby train station, you can easily explore the cities of the Côte d'Azur.
A management fee of 10% of the total rent up to a maximum of 260€ will be charged before you move in.
The cleaning fee of 108€ and the inventory of fixtures of 60€ are included in this amount.

L'état des lieux de sortie fut totalement désorganisé .deux rendez-vous non honorés,

Par conséquent, une planche de skate d'une valeur de 110 euros a été jetée par l'équipe de nettoyage.
Aussi, je n'ai toujours pas reçu le document de l'état des lieux de sortie pour résilier le contrat assurance habitation.
