We are a serviced student residence.

We offer a 14m² studio with its own kitchen and bathroom.

Our rents are inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, taxes, internet, etc.) and also include bed linen and cleaning every 15 days.

A responsible adult can be contacted 24/7 via an emergency number if necessary.

As a student residence for students in preparatory classes for the grandes écoles, we insist on the calm and studious spirit of the residence. Priority will be given to tenants who best match the atmosphere of the residence.
