Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located one above the other in an open space (loft), with en suite bathrooms, windows with shutters that close. This is a loft-type space and when you are in these rooms you do not see the other room, but you can talk to each other.
Bedroom 1 upstairs has a double bed 180x190 cm (en suite bathroom with bath and separate toilet).
Bedroom 2 downstairs has 2 single beds 90x190 cm which can be arranged side by side to form a double bed (en-suite bathroom N°2 with large shower and separate toilet)

Please note that room 3 is fully insulated with closing doors. There are also electrically operated basement window wells which can be used to ventilate all rooms in the basement.
Bedroom 3 in the basement has a double bed 160x190 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm.
If the 4 people in room 3 prefer a little more privacy, the 2 single beds can be placed in bathroom N°3 (This room being more humid, it can be used as an extra bed but ideally it is rather intended to be just a bathroom adjoining room 3 with shower and toilet separated by a curtain). If you prefer an extra bed can also be arranged on request in the living room (no blinds on the windows), please let us know before arrival.

Please note: this "top-of-the-range" flat has some rooms in the basement (vaulted stone cellars) and, due to the higher humidity below, these beds are offered as extra beds. The price calculation of the flat takes this into account.
These rooms in the basement (vaulted cellars) are very pleasant in the summer when it is very hot outside, as they remain very cool. Avoid them in winter for people who cannot tolerate humidity. Of course all rooms are heated if necessary.

Please note that parties are not allowed in this flat (in this mansion, neighbours are sensitive to noise). Thank you for your understanding.
