Ideal for discovering the region (Route des Grands Crus; starting point for hikes from the gite; cycle route) or for a professional stay.

* Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle.
* Kitchen open to the living room
* Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail.
* Separate toilet.

Outdoor space fully enclosed by a motorised gate (ideal for protecting your roof boxes or bicycles). Large courtyard for your exclusive use, ideal for children to play in safety.
A dining area (garden furniture for 6 people and barbecue) is at your disposal in the courtyard (charcoal not provided).
Access for travellers
3 restaurants within walking distance of the gîte (1 Pizza Coco, ideal for children - 1 traditional Burgundian restaurant Le Clos Napoléon, very nice setting - think of booking - 1 gastronomic restaurant Chez Jeannette).
Departures of hikes along the vineyards (Climats de Bourgogne) classified in UNESCO, circuit of 100 steps in homage to Napoleon, Batier path linking Dijon to Beaune for the most courageous.
The vineyard with the Fixin Premiers Crus (Clos de la Perrière, Clos Napoléon, Clos du Chapitre....) surrounds the gite. The famous stone gates and walls mark the entrance to these Clos. Explore the village on foot.
Cycle route through the heart of the village of Fixin (electric bike hire available in the neighbouring village of Brochon - Burgundy Bike).
Close to the A6, A39, A38 and A31 motorways, Les Hauts de Fixin is ideal for a stopover on the road to the South of France. A restful stopover without lengthening your journey.
