64 m 2 garden Minimes canal du midi Parking compris très appréciable. Centre accessible à pied en moins de 30 mn. Appartement calme. Juste petit bémol, fenêtre salle de bain non opaque donnant dans le jardin et mais possibilité de fermer le volet.
