Outre ces qualités, l'un des points forts de cet appartement est la sympathie de ses propriétaires. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à vos questions.
Je recommande vivement cette location d'appartement pour ceux qui cherchent un endroit idéalement bien situé, fonctionnel et petit, avec des propriétaires charmants et attentifs.

Nice apartment in St. Cyprien
J'ai loué cet appartement pendant 4 mois et l'expérience a été loin d'être satisfaisante.
Celui-ci manque de confort. J'ai souvent eu froid malgré une facture d'électricité anormalement élevée, le canapé-lit grinçait, l'isolation phonique était inexistante, le linge de maison fourni était taché, et la cerise sur le gâteau : un mur jaune citron, impossible à fuir à cause d'un grand miroir qui le reflétait.
Et pour ne rien arranger, le relationnel avec les propriétaires était compliqué.
