March 2025J'ai loué cet appartement pendant 4 mois et l'expérience a été loin d'être satisfaisante.
Celui-ci manque de confort. J'ai souvent eu froid malgré une facture d'électricité anormalement élevée, le canapé-lit grinçait, l'isolation phonique était inexistante, le linge de maison fourni était taché, et la cerise sur le gâteau : un mur jaune citron, impossible à fuir à cause d'un grand miroir qui le reflétait.
Et pour ne rien arranger, le relationnel avec les propriétaires était compliqué.

The location is very practical. It is very close to St.Cyprien (5 minutes' walk). There is a bakery, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and local weekend markets around it. The apartment is quite comfortable, bright, and safe.
Mr. Blazy is also super helpful and polite, helping with all your questions, queries and even coming on weekends in case you encounter some issues.
