The flat, in the heart of Montrouge, is above the metro stop on line 4 (mairie de Montrouge), with a view of the Eiffel Tower! It is located in one of Montrouge's most beautiful buildings. Right in the centre, it is within walking distance of all amenities, including an organic food shop :) and the Thursday and Sunday markets in the adjacent street.
WHO IS IT FOR?
***The flat is currently let as a whole, as there has been a high demand for it in this configuration.
**** It is particularly suitable for people who are carrying out renovation work and need to be rehoused for a short period of between 9 and 12 months.
