We rent our beautiful, bright flat in the heart of the Krutenau district, one of the city's most charming and lively areas (5 minutes' walk from the quays and the historic centre of Strasbourg).
The flat was completely renovated in 2023.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms with a view of the Cathedral.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including kettle and coffee machine) and opens onto a sunny balcony.
The bathroom is brand new and includes a washing machine.
The furniture can be adjusted to suit the tastes of the tenant (the second bedroom can also be converted into a child's bedroom).
We also have a water softener and a water purifier because of the hardness of the water in Strasbourg. So you'll be able to enjoy water that's delicious to drink.
The rent includes all utilities (electricity, internet, heating, hot and cold water, maintenance of the water softener and communal areas).
