It can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located on the 2nd floor (no lift).

There is currently temporary scaffolding for renovation work on the courtyard side.
This 25 m² studio is located on the first floor of a 20th century building without a lift. The main entrance door of the building is equipped with a coded security system and opens onto a corridor that leads to a courtyard. The building is on the right and leads directly to the staircase.
The entrance to the flat leads into the main room and the bathroom with glass shower is accessible on the left.
The main room has parquet floors and two windows with western exposure to the courtyard. It is furnished with a double bed, a folding dining table with two chairs, two large mirrored wardrobes and a wardrobe with hanging space.
The open plan kitchen has four ceramic hobs, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine and a bar with stool. The oven is a combination microwave.
The sleeping area is in a raised alcove: there is no separation from the main room. The flat is a studio.
The tiled bathroom has a sink, a glass shower and a toilet.
The heating and hot water are electric and separate.
WIFI is provided by a 4G key (200GB package).
In winter the electricity consumption is regulated; I do not leave the PROG mode of my inertia heater dry.

This furnished flat is located in a commercial area with all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. It is not far from the Opéra Garnier which, built between 1862 and 1875, is the largest opera house in the world. This Parisian opera house is also the most typical monument of the Napoleon III era. Furthermore, this accommodation is close to the Grands Boulevards, which, lined with 19th century buildings, were the centre of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. The most famous and elegant Parisian department stores, markets, cinemas and essential shops and services are also close to this accommodation.
