In the pedestrian Montorgeuil neighborhood, in the middle of shops and friendly, organic restaurants and cuisines of the world, just in front of the famous gym and restaurant Clay Club, in a building of the 18 th century, our apartment is on the 4th floor no lift.
The apartment overlooks the impasse Saint Denis, it is facing South for most of the windows and has a clear view and is very sunny.
Our apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed which is separated from the living area by a glass workshop.
In the living area, there is a sofa bed for 2 people theoretically but in reality, it is more suitable for a person.
There is also a Bo Concept Ottoman that folds for additional bedding.
The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hood, and everything you need.
There is a dining room with a table for 4 people.
There are of the flooring in the entire apartment except in the bathrooms.
The shower room has a window and remains comfortable with storage and machine washing.
The WC are separated and have a window.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped including internet access broadband.

Warm in the heart of the Marais
Pascale’s place was the ideal apartment for my stay in Paris. As a single female, I felt very safe in the area and building and the size of the place was perfect for one. Although in a busy area, the apartment was completely quiet. The space was equipped well and the bedroom even felt slightly separated for a studio space. Pascale and her husband were highly responsive to any problems I encountered and were kind in their response, which I really appreciated.
