The accommodation is fully equipped. All charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, wifi...) A fixed price of 30 € per month is fixed for electricity consumption in order to avoid any risk of over-consumption (regularisation will take place at the end of the rental period).

Apartment Centre Mairie- Terrace We had a lovely stay in this apartment during 4 months. The location is central and the terrace with morning sun is great! Benjamin is a helpful and easy going host. We truly recommend this apartment.
