The apartment is a good size and enjoys lots of light.
It is in a good location and we felt safe in the Neighbourhood.
The things that could make the apartment better and make it exceptional are the furniture:
The beds are very uncomfortable and old.
The canapé is uncomfortable and old.
The windows need some sun protection on the street side.
