This agency turned my stay in Paris (and my friend’s) into a nightmare. What should have been enjoyable, given the high cost and expectation of professional service, became the opposite: rude agents, broken promises, weeks with water infiltration, and poor communication. No one helped us, and we faced financial losses with moving costs, damaged belongings, and higher rent. I leave Paris disappointed and strongly advise against this agency for anyone planning to live here.
