1 entrance with closet (wardrobe and shelving), vacuum cleaner, Ironing Board and iron, furniture to shoes.
WC with furniture to shoes and household products.
Small hallway with closet (wardrobe and shelving).
1 bathroom with bath, Cabinet and shelf.
Smokers are accepted by focusing on the terrace.

Public transit: very well served to move on Paris and île de France.
Close to RER A, Metro line 9, 2, 1, bus and tram.
15 Minutes by metro from the centre of Paris (Hôtel de ville).
15 Min by Tram from the Bois de Vincennes for walks in boat on the Lake Dausmenil or walking or biking, the discovery of the Palace of the Golden Gate and the tropical aquarium (historic building).
20 Minutes by metro from Montmartre Sacré coeur (line 2 Avron or Nation).

Apartment with terrace and garden Appartement complet, agréable, bien situé. La seule limite, ce serait pour un couple de personnes très grandes ou corpulentes, le lit étant étroit.

Apartment with terrace and garden Cet appartement est situé dans un quartier un peu excentré mais très bien desservi par le transport en commun et idéal pour une ou deux personnes qui veulent visiter Paris quelques jours. Nous étions trois et c'était un peu serré. La terrasse est en effet très jolie mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser. La propriétaire nous a accueillis avec gentillesse. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Apartment with terrace and garden appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse a 5mn de la bouche de métro "porte de vincenne", qui permet d'accéder a tout les monuments sans problème et en plus de ça une propriétaire super sympa.
