Fully designed for a comfortable stay, it is the ideal place to put your bags. Whether for business reasons or for holidays, you will be in immediate proximity to the hyper centre.
With a total surface area of 120m2, this urban and chic oasis consists of a large living room with lounge, open kitchen (very well laid out), 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a niche perched in the lounge where 2 people can sleep comfortably.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and many kitchen utensils...
Among the 4 sleeping areas : 3 bedrooms are equipped with a queensize bed and a small wardrobe to store your belongings. One bedroom has 2 ultra-comfortable twin beds.
2 shower rooms and 2 toilets are at your disposal. Also, you will find a hairdryer and shower towels in the bathrooms. Don't clutter your suitcase, everything is provided for you!
For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Large flat with terrace
The apartment is large, has very good space and in general it is very comfortable and cozy. It is well equipped with everything you need to live well.
However, on different occasions we had problems due to bees, the electricity did not always work well which generated several annoyances and it is also right above a bar and there were occasional annoying noises
