We offer warm and welcoming accommodation. Our studio of 20 m2 is located 3 km from the town centre, in a quiet area between the Royal Monastery of Brou 15m on foot and a few meters from the Forest of Seillon. This forest is one of the largest oak forests in the region and the "lung of the city".
A magnificent natural paradise for walkers, joggers, mountain bikers and horse riders. The forest is also equipped with several trails to understand its silviculture, fauna and flora.
Our apartment can accommodate one person, it is delicately decorated and is located on the garden level of a small building surrounded by greenery, with a courtyard in front and a garden surrounding the house.
The apartment has a night-living area, a dining area and an office area, as well as a kitchen separated by a bar. Separate WC and private shower room. It is equipped with central heating, VMC, hot and cold water. Ideal for lovers of history, nature, sports, or people on a business trip.
Our studio benefits from a through light, with a NE orientation with sunrise in the morning and SO with sunset in the evening.

We put at your disposal a part of this garden so that you can enjoy the songs of the birds and the benefits of the perfumed flowers, one of the assets of our establishment.
Knowing that your studio is located in a house, you will also have an outside drying rack for your laundry.
