Charming 2 room in heart of Paris Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute, emplacement génial à deux pas de la rue Montorgueil et très pratique pour les transports avec les Halles. L'immeuble est bien entretenu et calme. Seul bémol, on est dans un vieux bâtiment à Paris, donc appartement peu lumineux et l'isolation thermique pourrait être améliorée pour l'hiver. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil !
