Hello,
I am renting my flat up to and including 14 July (it is possible to discuss renting beyond 14 July).
The flat is bright and overlooks two quiet streets.
It has a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a large hallway, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second small bedroom (with a child's bed that can be changed to a 90cm bed depending on the tenant's needs), a very bright shower room and a separate toilet.
The flat has two large walk-in wardrobes in each bedroom and plenty of cupboard space in the entrance hall.
The flat has been carefully decorated and the furniture is of high quality; it is a very pleasant and warm flat.

The flat is 1 minute from a supermarket and 5 minutes' walk from all the local shops and the lively main street, rue des Bourguignons.
Within a 5-minute radius, you'll also find: a swimming pool and sports complex (in the same street as the flat), a cinema and theatre, gardens and parks, etc.
And, of course, the train station (Gare Saint Lazare) is less than 5 minutes away.

  • Superbe appartement à deux pas de la gare de Bois Colombes et de la rue commerçante des bourguignons.
    Sa propriétaire, Céline, qui a toujours été à l'écoute et extrêmement réactive, l'a parfaitement décoré.
    Idéalement équipé, sa disposition et son aménagement en font un point de passage optimisé pour une famille de 3.
    Je recommande fortement cet appartement pour quelques jours ou un séjour de plusieurs mois
