This charming flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift.

The entrance to the building is on a semi-pedestrianised street. The street is charming. There is a pretty Italian restaurant with a lovely terrace and excellent cuisine. Other cafés and restaurants are on the street and offer terraces.

You enter the flat directly through the living room, which is large and bright. On the left, the sofa area faces a large shelf that covers the opposite wall. A painting above the sofa and a large film poster give a very artistic feel. The wooden ceiling beams have been painted white.

The dining area next to the windows features a long metal table, painted red, which was probably one of Kraft Man's studio pieces. It can easily accommodate 6 guests.

To the right of the entrance is the toilet, followed by the bathroom. The bathroom is designer with pretty stone tiles. It has a large enclosed shower with sliding glass door. The tumble dryer is located to the left of a beautiful porcelain sink, under an old medicine cabinet.

The open-plan kitchen is further to the right. It is fully equipped. The tiled floor has been carefully chosen and is very charming. A few old "cocottes" and some paintings add to the decor. The kitchen has a glass door and a window overlooking the courtyard of the building. The light is very pleasant.

The fact that the light comes in from both sides, as well as from the bedroom doors, gives the flat a very warm ambience.

There are 2 bedrooms with double beds. The doors are on either side of the sofa.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with light green paint and curtains. A bookcase faces the bed. Large wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. The bedroom has a large window with electric blind that opens onto the courtyard.

The second bedroom is smaller but very pleasant. It overlooks the garden and the former craftsman's shop that has been converted into a restaurant. Its large windows provide plenty of natural light. There are shelves for storing clothes. Once again, the shelves and paintings give this room a pleasant atmosphere.
