Charming apt - Gare Montparnasse I would like a partial refund because my washing machine was broken for over half of my stay. I contacted the host multiple times and she never sent anyone to fix it and then stopped responding to me. I then had to pay for the laundromat and then pay an outside person to fix the machine. It was a huge expense for me and I want my money back. Please contact me as soon as possible.
