Around

The neighborhood is lively and urban.
Since the middle of the 19th century, the nearby Rue du Commerce has been one of the three or four lively and attractive shopping streets of the 15th arrondissement.
It is still an important shopping street with many stores selling perfumes, lingerie, clothing, tableware, decoration and gifts, bank branches, a few restaurants and cafés including the famous Café du Commerce at no. 51, as well as food stores (bakeries, butchers, etc.).
Transportation :

The neighborhood is served by three bus lines (39, 62 and 80) and a metro line (8) at Boucicaut, Félix Faure or Commerce stations. There are also three self-service bicycle stations.

To come from CDG airport take the RER B to St Michel- Notre Dame, then the C to Invalides and line 8 to Félix Faure or the Roissy bus to Invalides and then the metro line 8 to Félix Faure.

To come from Orly airport, take the Orly Val then the RER B to St Michel-Notre Dame, then the RER C to Invalides and then the line 8 to Félix Faure.
