The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
The sewage flooded three times; dirty water overflowed the shower when the toilet was flushed. A skin condition developed. The heating and ventilation were poor: cold downstairs, hot in the bedroom. The windows were opaque, making the apartment dark. The appliances were of poor quality: a noisy refrigerator, a weak extractor fan. The promised cleaning happened only once; we cleaned ourselves. The landlord hindered our departure and blocked our contacts after we forgot monitor.
