Elena C. March 2025 Cosy Mezzanine The sewage flooded three times; dirty water overflowed the shower when the toilet was flushed. A skin condition developed. The heating and ventilation were poor: cold downstairs, hot in the bedroom. The windows were opaque, making the apartment dark. The appliances were of poor quality: a noisy refrigerator, a weak extractor fan. The promised cleaning happened only once; we cleaned ourselves. The landlord hindered our departure and blocked our contacts after we forgot monitor.
