On the ground floor of a detached house, this flat is ideal for one to three people (140 cm x 200 cm double bed and 120 cm x 200 cm sofa bed).
There is a small garden with a dining and relaxation area, where you can store a bike or scooter. Easy, free street parking.
LIVING ROOM: A beautiful living room offers a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen to make your stay as convivial as possible. Just like at home, you'll find a television with Netflix and all the TV channels.
THE KITCHEN: A functional kitchen with fridge, four-ring hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave provide every comfort for your stay. This cosy little nest also has everything you need for an on-site breakfast: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
THE NIGHT Nook: The separate bedroom offers you a moment of calm thanks to the 140cm chest bed with quality bedding for added comfort.
SHOWER ROOM: A shower room with all toiletries (hand and body towels, soap, hairdryer, etc.) is at your disposal. The WC is also in the same room.
To ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, we will provide you with :
- bed linen (not renewed during your stay, except for long stays or on request)
- towels and bath mats (not renewed during your stay)
- kitchen towels (not renewed during your stay)
- hand soap (not renewed during your stay)
