The residence is part of the dynamic and friendly "Poulettes" district, with many local shops. Our project is located in a privileged location 10 minutes** by bus and less than 15 minutes** on foot from the Doua, a few steps from the A metro station Gratte-Ciel, and lines C26 and 27 (towards the city centre and the Vieux Lyon).

Cosy studio L'appartement en lui-même est très bien, top confort, rien à redire. En revanche la résidence pas du tout.
Il y a 2 machines à laver pour 200 logements, c'est déjà largement insuffisant, mais pour couronner le tout l'une d'elle est régulièrement en panne.
Il n'y a pas de salle de sport.
Il n'y a pas non plus de salle informatique ou de salle d'étude, uniquement une petite salle détente.
En bref, le loyer comprend des services qui ne sont pas rendus, on reste sur notre faim...
