Description

Cottage of 50m2 on the gentle hills of Nice, with private swimming pool, completely renovated, with its large private garden and fenced offering a relaxing space 10 minutes from the city.
Between Monaco and Cannes, close to the Italian border, come and discover the beauty of the Côte d'Azur and the Nice hinterland (Mercantour National Park, Boréon, Turini, etc.).
Our air-conditioned house is a cool haven in the summer heat and a cosy cocoon in autumn and winter, bathed in sunshine all day. Enjoy your meals in the veranda, with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, in the shade of our 50-year-old olive trees.
The veranda (2m x 2m) can be used as a small office or as an extra room (baby bed or folding bed for adults - width 0.80m -) provided.
Very comfortable 140 cm wide sofa bed with 17 cm mattress in the living room.
Ideal for telecommuting, excellent internet connection via fibre, enjoy the mild winter weather and snow days from December to March less than 2 hours away (Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg).
Spacious private parking inside the property with automatic gate.
Electricity for recharging the car (extra charge of 59 €uros per week to be paid on arrival).
Mosquito nets are installed in the windows of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and conservatory.
A videophone allows the main gate to be opened from the house.
There is a regular bus service to the main station Nice Thiers, centre ville.
Supermarket and pizzeria within 5 minutes drive.
Slight rustling of a motorway viaduct passing in the distance about 1 km away.
The pool is protected by an electrically operated safety cover approved to French standards. Salt water treatment.

Below you will find some additional information about the rules of life in our house.

Arrival time: between 4pm and 7pm.
Departure time: 10 a.m.

No parties or group evenings.

No pets allowed

Only the persons listed on the reservation may stay in the accommodation.

SWIMMING POOL :
The use of the swimming pool is strictly reserved to the residents confirmed on the reservation.
We remind you of the rules for its safe use:
- Detach the four clips before opening the electric flap (if omitted, the clips will break and you will have to replace them immediately - cost of replacement).
(if omitted, the clips will be broken and replaced on the spot - cost: 80 €uros at the expense of the tenant -).
- In case of non-use, as well as in case of rain, it is imperative to cover the pool with the

- Diving and jumping are absolutely forbidden.
- Running on the beach and around the pool is forbidden as there is a risk of slipping.
- No eating on the wooden deck (a dining area is provided in the garden).

Please note that we are in a region where the sun does its job, and much more! This implies some safety rules in order to continue to enjoy our beautiful nature.

BARBECUE :
It has been strategically placed and we ask that you do not move it (fire protected area) and that you keep the hose nearby while it is in use.

CIGARETTE :
The interior of the house, as well as the wooden pool deck, are strictly non-smoking. As for the outside, we ask you to put the cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose and to put them out.

CANDLES :
We ask you not to light candles, neither inside nor outside the house.

SELECTIVE SORTING :
At the end of your stay, we ask you to throw your rubbish in the yellow (plastic and packaging) and black bins in front of the cellar.
If you wish, you can also put aside your peelings to add to my compost.
For longer stays, please put your yellow bin (Monday and Thursday) and the black bin (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) in front of the main entrance.

CLEANING :
Cleaning costs are included; however, as the house has just been refurbished, we would like to keep our pretty white walls as clean as possible for as long as possible. We know that suitcases can easily leave marks, so we suggest that you store them under the bed or in the cellar (closed, dry).

SAFETY :
We ask you, when you leave, to remember to :
- Close the electric shutter of the swimming pool, doors, windows, blinds and veranda, the gates closing automatically.
- Turn off the air conditioning and lights (a small ecological contribution to our lovely planet,,,).

CAVE :
You will find a washing machine and laundry detergent, a clothes line and a laundry basket.
The electrical breakers are also located here.
The cellar is also a space where we store personal items, please do not move them.

In the event of maintenance or repairs, we will ask you for permission to access the property outside the accommodation.

TOILETS :
Please do not flush anything down the toilets as they are connected to a septic tank and not to the sewerage system.
