Dine on the sidewalk terrace and people-watch at L'Escargot, the original home of the delectable snail dish, and follow it up with an éclair at Stohrer, Paris' oldest pastry shop (and a favorite destination of Queen Elizabeth today).

Right in the heart of Paris, the apartment is close by to the Louvre and to the Marais. It's also nestled between 2 metro stops in short walking distance, one of which can take you to CDG or Orly airports.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

This apartment was my home during 6 months in Paris and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The apartment is a good size for Paris standards, is comfortable, everything works and the location is perfect with everything near from groceries to entertainment to public transport if needed.
