Renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with lift. Nice and bright living room, which does not overlook the street, therefore quiet. Fully equipped kitchen.
Fully renovated and very functional: oven, fridge, kettle, television, wifi, hairdryer, etc...
The living room is very bright, that's why we installed a fan in case the sun warms up the apartment. The apartment is also equipped with shutters, for a quiet night in the dark!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a kettle, an oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included), hotplates and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Do you need to wash your clothes? No need to look for a launderette, you have a washing machine in the apartment. Very practical for longer stays!
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin with storage, a hairdryer and a separate toilet.
The Free High Speed Internet connection works very well, so you will be able to work or play as you wish!
You will find plenty of storage space for your food and belongings. You also have mirrors to check who is the most beautiful before going to work or going for a walk :)
You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free high speed Wifi.
All bed linen and towels are provided for 2 travellers on your arrival!
I remain discreet and the traveller has autonomous access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!
Located in the Championnet district: a very famous district in Grenoble, lively, no security problems, many famous restaurants and bars. Many small shops, mini-market, bakery, hairdresser...
Many public transport (Tram E stop Condorcet, bus line C3) serving the city and the surrounding area are less than 3 minutes away on foot.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike.
Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
