The area is very well located. You're just a stone's throw from Metz's new convention centre, the Muse shopping centre and the Centre Pompidou. If you like walking or jogging, the Parc de la Seille is less than 2 minutes away. There are numerous shops, restaurants and 2 supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (less than 2 minutes' walk). There's a bakery just 1 minute away. You are just a short walk from the Impérial district (UNESCO) and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. There's also the Mettis and buses for getting around the city. You can even hire city bikes right next door.
