The premises are rented out as temporary accommodation and pleasure craft, excluding any professional, commercial or craft activity of any kind whatsoever.
In the event of early interruption of the stay by the tenant, and if the responsibility of the landlord is not called into question, there will be no refund except for the security deposit.
All the installations are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 48 hours after the tenant has taken possession of the premises will not be accepted. After this period, the rented property will be considered as free of damage when the tenant enters the premises.
The tenant will have to behave like a good father of the family, occupy the premises personally, maintain them and answer for any damage that may occur during the stay. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be the responsibility of the tenant. The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant and the rental must be left clean.
The presence of pets is, without exception, prohibited in the accommodation, both inside and outside. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, the tenant must ensure the consequences of the presence of his pets in terms of damage or cleaning.
If the number of tenants exceeds the maximum authorised capacity, in this case 4 people, the landlord reserves the right to refuse additional tenants to this number.
There will be an extra charge of 10 € per additional person per day, plus the tourist tax that was not foreseen when you made your Airbnb reservation. (please indicate the right number of people when making your reservation).
The Tenant is obliged to ensure that the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the Tenant or his family.
The installation of tents or the parking of caravans or motorhomes on the grounds of the rented property is prohibited, except with the prior agreement of the owner.
The tenant undertakes to take out insurance against rental risks (fire, water damage). He must therefore check whether his accommodation contract provides for the "holiday" extension or take out a special contract. Failure to take out insurance in the event of a claim will give rise to damages and interest. The tenant is obliged to inform the landlord within 24 hours of any damage occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.

Oyat provides you with a set of sheets for the bedroom bed, a duvet for 2 people and 4 pillows (2 square and 2 rectangular).
For a reservation for 3 or 4 people, you will have at your disposal a set of sheets, a duvet and pillows (suitable for 1 or 2 people). In this case, do not forget to include the extra people in your reservation, in which case we will not be able to provide this service.

For a stay for 2 people, I provide one set of sheets, for an extra set of sheets if you wish to sleep separately for example, please let me know at the beginning of our exchange. Either you bring your own sheets (I provide a duvet) or I provide a set of sheets and towels for an amount of 30€ to be paid directly on the spot to the person who will provide this service.

The TRAVELLER will not be allowed to bring any animal into the rented premises, even temporarily.

For Smokers, please smoke outside the house and put your ashes and cigarette butts in an ashtray provided for this purpose and then in a rubbish bag :-)

INSTRUCTIONS AT THE END OF YOUR STAY :

At the end of your stay, cleaning is not included in the price. Please return the house in the same condition as when you arrived. For this, you will have at your disposal on arrival a sponge, tea towels, wash cloths, a few bin bags and natural household products are available to maintain the house during your stay. You will also find a broom with shovel and brush, a broom brush and a hoover.


IN THE KITCHEN :
Empty and clean the dustbins and take your rubbish to the containers thinking about selective sorting (thinking about selective sorting and closed rubbish bags for household waste only)
Empty and clean the fridge, empty the dishwasher, clean and store your dishes and kitchen utensils.
Clean the oven, microwave and hob, the small electrical appliance, the dining table, the bar and the kitchen worktop.
Please clean and replace everything you have used where and how you found it when you arrived.

IN THE ROOM :
Collect bed linen in a corner of the room.
Dust off the bedside tables

IN THE BATHROOM and TOILETS :
Clean the washbasin, the mirrors, the accessories, the stone shower with black soap exclusively and the toilet.
Empty and clean the small dustbins.

OUTSIDE :
Clean the plancha and its protective mat as you found it at the beginning of your stay.
Tidy up the chairs, the fabric hammock and the shade cloth, especially if you have the slightest doubt about the weather (wind and/or rain), remove the cloth and rake it in its grey pouch, all in the black trunk on the side of the house. To help you, there is the assembly instructions that you can consult on the last photos of the advertisement.

IN GENERAL :
Sweep or vacuum and wash the floor.
Also sweep the terrace and driveway on the side of the house.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and for the respect you will bring to these instructions.

If, however, at the end of your stay you do not wish to clean the Curlew as described above, please let me know and a cleaning fee of 60€ can be offered for the sum of 60€ payable directly to the person in charge of the cleaning; in this case the departure must be brought forward to 9.30 am to allow the next tenants to arrive in the best conditions.

You have chosen the cleaning package which simplifies your end of stay, the person in charge of the cleaning will take care of everything ... or almost everything ! All you have to do is :
Sweep the house.
Wash and tidy up your dishes and kitchen utensils.
Wipe the dining table.
Empty and put the dustbins in the containers (thinking about selective sorting and closed bin bags for household waste only).

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
