A lovely bright modern living room, a comfortable sofa with a connected TV. A sitting area with a table for up to 4 people.

KITCHEN:
A large, ultra-functional, fully-equipped kitchen with American fridge, four-ring hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave and dishwasher offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast equipment is on site: Nespresso coffee machine, SMEG kettle, SMEG toaster and SMEG citrus squeezer.

A LARGE BEDROOM:
Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation with its King Size bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Storage cupboard for the owner's belongings.

SECOND BEDROOM :
This bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) with a desk and a huge dressing room in which you can store your belongings.

BATHROOM :
A bathroom with shower and vanity unit with storage. All toiletries are provided (hand and body towels and shower mat). Separate private WC.

Very high-speed WiFi in the flat.

To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with :

- bed linen (not renewed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not renewed during your stay)
- kitchen towels (not renewed during your stay)
- hand soap (not renewed during your stay)

We systematically carry out a thorough cleaning of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialist cleaning company.

We thank you in advance for keeping the apartment in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice the slightest deterioration in the accommodation. The accommodation is non-smoking, no smoking, no parties, no pets and no excesses are allowed.

Arrival times are from 4pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times must be before 11am.
