Hello, we are renting a studio fully equipped with an optional service pack.
It is located rue Fondary in the 15th, quiet street 50 meters from the most commercial street of the 15th, and 5 minutes from the largest and newest mall of Paris.
The neighborhood is known for its security and quality of life (markets 2 times per week, many organic shops, renowned artisans, late openings and Sunday, restaurants and breweries, green spaces).
It offers a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, in a building of 7 floors mixing generations in a friendly atmosphere.
The studio offers:-a lounge area, turning into space at night with bedding of quality and new.
-2 drawers and a clothes rack - space dining - a modern and totally equipped kitchen - bathroom with shower, toilets and a washbasin, the brand-new heating is central, and the average temperature is between 21 and 23 degrees.
The windows are double glazed and rolling wheels have been made less than 2 years ago.
Ground floor and cement tiles ensure a healthy environment.
Stereo, TV, wifi, and books are available.
We are bilingual English french and can easily accommodate people from around the world.
(Optional) services:-cleaning and change of sheets once a week: € 60 per week - necessary for breakfast (nespresso coffee, jam, butter, honey, toast, pancakes and / or pastries): € 30 per week.
