Looking for a holiday in Lille with your family? Do you need comfortable accommodation for a business trip? You will feel at home here. Independent house with all the comforts, consisting of a large, very bright living room/kitchen, a large double bedroom on the first floor with a water point, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor, separate toilet and a garage for 1 car. A very comfortable house where you will be at ease to fully enjoy your stay!
The accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. It is located in an upscale residential area "Résidence de Gaulle" in the suburbs of Lille, very close to Lambersart and just on the edge of the countryside, so far from the pollution of the city. Many country roads are accessible for running, cycling or walking.
The house is close to 2 bus lines and 1 metro line which will take you to the city centre of Lille in 20 min to visit the main square and the old Lille area.
The urban metropolis of Lille also offers many urban parks around Lille (Parc Mosaic, Parc des Prés du Hem, Parc des Herons, Musée de plein air)
An Intermarché and Chronodrive are accessible at 500m to do your shopping.
You can arrive whenever you want, even late, thanks to a secure key box at the entrance of the house.
It is easy to park for free on the pavement in front of the house or in the 1-car garage reserved for you.
The house has been renovated in 2019. It is perfectly equipped (flat screen TV, free wifi, Chromecast, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). Do not hesitate to give us feedback to improve it further!
You will find a clean house as the cleaning will be done at the end of your stay, which is included in the booking fee.
The bedding is new and of good quality. Beds are made up on arrival, with duvets and cosy pillows, fee included in the booking fee.
The bathroom is on the ground floor, equipped with a shower and separate from the WC. I provide one towel per person.
The house has 2 bedrooms. 1 very large bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a convertible bed for 2 people. 1 small bedroom on the ground floor with 2 bunk beds and a large dressing room.
Unfortunately for your dearest companion, we do not accept pets to avoid any damage to the furniture or any risk of invasion by parasites in the bedding and carpets.

Very quiet residential area, removed from the main traffic routes. Traffic is limited to 30km/h. The area is secured with video surveillance and the principle of vigilant neighbours who alert to the slightest suspicious detail. A supermarket is accessible at 500m for your shopping.
