The basement offers three distinct sections, including a storage area equipped with food storage facilities, a washing machine, a large freezer, and a wine fridge capable of holding up to 150 bottles, as well as a storage area for housing amenities such as a barbecue grill and lounging chairs. There is no possibility to park a car in the basement as our car is sitting there.
The house is surrounded by a garden, enhancing its charm and tranquility. Most notably, the 200 square meter backyard boasts lush greenery, including trees and a dedicated gardening area complete with a very productive raspberry corner.
