- The flat is exclusively NON-SMOKING.
- The flat is located in a quiet residence, so please respect the neighbours and do not make any noise after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m., as the residence is co-owned.
- The room with the private sign is reserved for our personal belongings.
- Illegal downloading is not permitted. (Users undertake to comply with French legislation).
- Any broken object or damage must be reimbursed or will be deducted from the deposit.
- For your comfort, the accommodation is for 4 people. If we find that there are more people than planned in the booking, we will cancel the rest of the stay without refund because the rules will not have been respected.
- All parties and invited events are forbidden, no parties, alcohol and illegal substances are totally forbidden in the accommodation.
- The flat is left clean and you must return it in the same condition. Photos are taken each time you enter and leave the apartment.
Selective sorting must be respected. There is a rubbish bin to the left of the building entrance door.
- If the rules are not respected and someone is caught smoking in the flat, they will be removed from the accommodation without reimbursement.
You are responsible for having the flat cleaned by a company and we will immediately inform Morning Croissant of any failure to comply with the house rules. A penalty will be applied.

Tobacco, damage to keys
- Application of decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 setting out the conditions for applying the ban on smoking in assigned areas.
We reserve the right to charge a supplement of €400 to any customer who smokes in the accommodation and to refuse them access to the accommodation in the future.
- We cannot tolerate this type of abuse, as in addition to the inconvenience it causes our next guest, it will result in a complete cleaning of all the textiles in the room and closure of the room for 2 days (resulting in a loss of business).
- We ask you to respect the premises, as well as the decoration of the flat and the communal areas.
- In the event of a problem, the customer will be held responsible.
In the event of loss, you will be charged €250 for repairs. This price corresponds to the cost of buying back items that have not been returned.
- By booking, you assume full responsibility for all the people in your group.

- Any damage caused by cigarettes, food, drink or other reasons will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, with a minimum charge of €100.
