Description

New residence opened in August 2016, located 2/3 minutes' walk from the famous Place de Jaude, the very heart of Clermont-Ferrand with its restaurants, shopping centres, supermarkets, etc.
The SNCF train station is a 10-minute bus ride from the residence (buses available every 10 minutes).

Our accommodation comprises a living area with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2), a desk, a wardrobe, a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and ceramic hob, and a bathroom.
We provide a television and crockery kit in each flat. Irons, ironing boards, coffee makers, kettles and toasters are also available on request.
Wi-Fi is free and available in all accommodation.
Finally, you will have free access to our fitness room, co-working space and laundry (open 24/7). Use of the washing machines and tumble dryers is extra (payment by credit card).
