Our residence is modern and comfortable, located in the Yvelines near La Défense. The banks of the Seine and the Ile des Impressionnistes are 2km away. The Champs-Elysees are only 25 minutes away by RER.
We offer you 64 rooms and apartments, spread over four floors, where you can work, eat or rest according to your wishes.
A fully equipped kitchenette is at your disposal in the studios and apartments to prepare your meals independently. We also have a service of "Jars meals" to be heated on the spot.
Our residence is labeled by the brand Accueil Vélo, you will find at your disposal: parking, repair kit, pump, water point to wash your bike ...
Studio of 22m² with a double bed (or 2 small beds on request at the reception before booking), an equipped kitchenette with dining area, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Flat screen TV, Wifi with fibre and Canal+ free of charge. Courtesy tray. Some rooms and apartments have a terrace, which can be reserved on request at the reception desk according to availability and at an additional cost. Some studios are accessible to people with reduced mobility (contact reception).
From November to April inclusive, a winter supplement for heating is charged per month of 27,5 € / month.
