Around
The Arsenal district was once home to a convent. The Célestins barracks is now one of the sites of the Republican Guard. The flat overlooks the Seine on the Quai Henri IV, built in 1843 on the site of the former Île Louviers. This is undoubtedly a privileged area for lovers of water, sailing and boats.
The voies sur berge promenade, which has become a great classic, allows you to cross Paris from east to west, on foot or by bike. The more intimate promenade linking the Port de la Bastille to the Seine offers a different view of the Marais, with a unique view of the port and its boats. It is dotted with restaurant terraces. Just a short walk from the flat, the Saint-Paul district and the Île Saint-Louis are packed with quality food shops. Just across the bridge, the Jardin des Plantes and its menagerie are like nature in the heart of the city. Finally, for families, the choice will be difficult between the renowned schools, private or public.
public schools. The Quai de la Rapée and Sully-Morland metro stations, as well as several bus routes and the more original Batobus, provide easy access to the capital.
