1) Behave in a discreet manner that respects the privacy of each of the other tenants.

2) To respect the law of 15.11.2006 reinforcing the ban on smoking in places allocated for collective use. Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006. Since 1 February 2007, the smoking ban has been in force in all closed and covered places open to the public. This ban obviously extends to guests who may visit the apartment.

3) Ensure the proper use of the materials and equipment provided, whether in the common or private areas of the apartment. As far as the common areas are concerned, the landlord appeals to the collective responsibility of the tenants in the sense that the person responsible for a deterioration in the common areas must assume alone the consequences, or shared consequences and spontaneously report them to the landlord. As for the private areas, the Tenant alone assumes the consequences.

4) Friends, guests: As a general rule, the Tenant commits to a maximum of 2 to 3 friends at the same time in the apartment. As an exception to this rule, and by giving advance notice to the other tenants, it is possible to invite more than 3 people at the same time. Of course, in the presence of guests, the usual flatmates of the apartment have priority over the use of the communal facilities which are primarily intended for them: kitchen, bathroom in particular. In the same way, the tenants clearly assume the behaviour and consequences of the guests.

5) Boyfriend/girlfriend / possibility of accommodation within the apartment :

As far as the accommodation at night of a person not related to the rental, this possibility is offered punctually and insofar as this presence does not interfere with the functioning of the rental, the apartment having been designed for a capacity normally limited to 6 persons simultaneously (WC, bathroom, kitchen). When consulted, the tenants expressed the wish that this presence should be preferred at weekends. In the event that the Tenant invites a person(s) inside the apartment, the guest(s) must leave the apartment at the same time as the Tenant leaves. As an exception to this rule, a person "known" by the other tenants may exceptionally stay in the apartment in the absence of the Tenant who invited him/her.

6) To conform to the schedules defined by the joint ownership Mirabeau / Syndic Lagadeuc in particular for the use of the vacuum cleaner.

7) Do not bring pets into the apartment.
