The flats may only be occupied by tenants.
1- Tenants must ensure that the peace and quiet of the building is not disturbed at any time by themselves, their family members or their guests.
2- Any noise or disturbance at night is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply may result in the tenant being punished by the courts and eviction proceedings. If you are planning a party that will go on beyond 10pm, it is best to inform your neighbours and the residence manager.
3- Tenants may not make or allow to be made any abnormal noise, or any work of any kind whatsoever, that is likely to disturb their neighbours by noise, smell, vibrations, etc.
4- The use of radio, television, electrophones, tape recorders and musical instruments is authorised subject to compliance with administrative regulations and on condition that the resulting noise is not perceptible to neighbours.
5- No-one may, even temporarily, clutter up the communal areas, or deposit anything in them (except on the day of their own move-in or move-out), or use them for their own personal use, other than for their normal purpose.
6- Passages, lobbies, staircases, corridors and entrances must be kept clear at all times.
7- The external appearance of the building and everything that contributes to the harmony of the whole must not be altered.
8- Tenants may not make any alterations or decorations in the communal areas. In the private areas, no holes may be made in the walls in order to hang a picture or other decoration.
9- No linen may be hung on windows or balconies.
10- No objects may be left on the edges of windows.
11- When the shutters are opened, they must be properly hung using the fasteners provided.
12- Tenants must comply with current police regulations regarding the shaking up of carpets and cleaning cloths.
13- No water or rubbish may be thrown into the street or communal areas. Communal areas must be kept clean at all times.
14- Pets are not permitted.
15- Each tenant must ensure that the communal entrance doors are locked on arrival and departure. Under no circumstances may they remain open at all times.
16- Household waste packed in bin bags must be placed in the containers provided for this purpose. No bags, bins or other items may be left in the communal areas or on the pavement.
17- Each tenant will remain liable to the other tenants for any damage caused by their fault, negligence or that of persons for whom they are responsible or by the fact of property for which they are legally responsible.
18- Smoking is prohibited in communal areas. In private areas, it is advisable not to smoke in order to avoid any harmful consequences which, if necessary, would be borne by the tenant (yellowish marks on the wall, etc.).
19- With regard to the washing machines available, the detergent and fabric softener containers must be cleaned after use. (Please refer to the instructions provided).
20- The tenant may only enter the flat through the front door; it is strictly forbidden to use the windows for this purpose.
21- It is forbidden to walk on the lawns and other flowerbeds in the residence.
22- The use of slow combustion space heaters is prohibited in flats.
23- The building has a communal aerial. The installation of satellite dishes or individual external aerials is prohibited.
24- All tenants must park their motorised vehicles only in the spaces marked out on the ground. Under no circumstances may the car park be used as a play area (for balls, bicycles, etc.) for reasons of liability relating to stationary or moving vehicles.
25- It is strictly forbidden to carry out any mechanical work on the car park or other areas.
26- All tenants must park their four-wheeled or two-wheeled vehicles only in the spaces marked on the ground (two-wheeled vehicles may not be parked in the communal areas).
