RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE T3 MOBILITY LEASE

INTRODUCTION

The accommodation rented to you has been fitted out to meet your needs during your stay. You will find furniture, bedding and crockery.

As soon as you move in, you will be able to inspect the accommodation and report any defects (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.) within 24 hours.
Arrival and departure

On the day of your arrival, the accommodation will be available at the agreed time. Please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange for the keys to be handed over and for you to visit the property.

On the day of departure, you have until the agreed time to return the accommodation.

NUMBER OF TENANTS AND EXTERNAL VISITORS

We rent our accommodation to you for the precise number of tenants stipulated in the rental contract (one person). Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. The total number of occupants must not exceed 1 person.

HOURS OF SILENCE AND RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS

Please keep noise to a minimum at night (between 10pm and 8am) so as not to disturb neighbours.

PARTIES AND EVENTS IN THE RENTED PROPERTY

Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted in our Airbnb holiday home.

Commercial filming and other professional uses of the property are strictly prohibited.

USE OF PREMISES AND RESPECT FOR EQUIPMENT

For the entire duration of the stay, the tenant is required to respect the premises. They will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so that it is in perfect condition when they leave.

Kitchen utensils, oil, spices and cleaning products are at your disposal during your stay.

Furniture may not be moved.

The wifi password enabling you to connect to the internet is confidential information. Please do not give it to anyone outside the group.

In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform the owner before your departure.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

As hosts, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation if it is not properly locked (windows + front door locked).

Similarly, we ask you not to leave any household or electrical appliances switched on during your absence. The flat is equipped with a smoke detector.

Please do not leave young children unattended in the Airbnb rental.

NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION

The studio is a non-smoking area. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke or vapourise inside the accommodation.

An ashtray is available outside the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden or on the terrace.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

HOUSEHOLD WASTE MANAGEMENT

A selective bin is at your disposal to sort your daily waste. To take out your rubbish, the collection bin is in the courtyard.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The city prohibits tenants from hanging their washing out of windows or on balconies.

The courtyard belongs to the co-ownership and is not for private use.

PENALTIES FOR BREACHES OF INTERNAL RULES

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to apply the appropriate sanctions:

- Termination of the rental contract. You must leave the property before the agreed departure date if your stay is interrupted.
- In the event of damage or breakage, objects must be replaced or reimbursed to the owner. The tenant may take out home insurance, thanks to the stay extension, in the event of major damage noted on the departure inventory.
- If the cleaning carried out by travellers does not meet minimum hygiene standards, they will be charged for extra cleaning and maintenance hours.
