Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE)
Lit inconfortable, pommeau de douche rempli de calcaire et non nettoyé. L'appartement est usé, il aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation, mais il reste complet. Manque seulement un mini four d'appoint.
