We are a couple aged 49/53, married with grown-up independent children (aged 24 and 33) and we are looking for 1 flatmate to share our large triplex, recently refurbished and beautifully decorated in the centre of Montbéliard, literally in the heart of the city.

We're looking for people who we can get on with, who have things in common, who can have interesting discussions and, above all, who know how to live in a shared flat.

Our interests: music (we're both musicians), nature, sport, cars and motorbikes, personal development, property and decorating, humour (humour is very important!!).

We speak French and English.

We don't have any particular criteria other than good manners, being able to communicate calmly, and a certain amount of education, particularly when it comes to cleanliness, noise and energy management.

You will have access to a private room, fully equipped (see photos), other photos available on request: bed (duvet and pillows included), desk, wardrobe, chair, TV with google tv box, internet.

You will also have access to the communal areas: WC, bathroom with bath, laundry room, kitchen, dining room. You will therefore have 1 bathroom to share between 3 people, as well as 2 WCs, one in the bathroom, the other separate.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat, even at the window...

The price indicated is for 1 bedroom and includes energy, internet, local taxes, etc.
The price does not include supplies such as toilet paper, shower gels, sheets, towels, etc.

We will organise the cleaning of the flat together.

The flat is right in the historic centre of Montbéliard. During the Christmas market, we are literally at the gates of the market. The train station is a 7-minute walk away, and free parking is also a 7-minute walk away. Shops are nearby, including a Leclerc Drive delivery point 20m down the road.
The Parc de la roselière is within walking distance.
