This newly refurbished apartment is located on a quiet residential street, only 5-mins walk from the shops and restaurants of Béziers, a few minutes from the bus station (to Pezenas and local beaches) and 15mins walk to the train station (Montpellier, Narbonne, Sete and beyond). The apartment provides a comfortable haven from which to discover France's oldest city, the surrounding wine country and some of the Mediterranean's most laid-back and expansive beaches.
Make the most of the large lounge-dining area with access to the terrace, and cook up a feast with local market produce in the separate well-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher) complete with its own smaller rear-facing terrace.
There are two good-sized double bedrooms - one with twin beds, the other with a double bed and access to the terrace - a bathroom and a separate WC. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard storage, as does the living room.
Rooftops is on the third floor of a smart and well-maintained building (no lift), with secure parking to the rear.
